I don't know If this is already discussed somewhere on this forum, Anyways.

I have checked skill calculators about this but none have helped me.

My Question.

What affects Skill Damage?,

I have no I Idea what affects it.

Is it based on my AP?

Or based on specific Stats,

Like Mage for Int,

Maybe someone could give me full explanation about skill Damage, That would really be helpful.

-And does Skill Crit?.

(Sorry for Newbie Questions)

......

And for my Next Question,

About Cleric,

I wanna Experiment on having a Cleric with the super strongest Buff, No PVP roles Super buff Only.

I don't care about any attack Power.

Should I just Focus everything on Charm, No Int, Because the only thing I care about is the strength of my Buff nothing on Offensive..

Thank you For the People who will Reply to my Questions ^_^

Can't answer skill damage because I'm not sure myself.

Skills can crit.

For Cleric, just go 400Cha, rest into Int. You can then get max cha gear to end up with +65 buffs. This build can go into CD just fine as long as you get the proper gear and learn how to play a slightly squishy cleric.

Skill Damage is based on Skill Power, and Skill Power is your total Attack Power, plus any Skill Power bonuses you have from passives and equipment.  Skill Damage can also be influenced by Enhanced Damage bonuses, Reduced Damage debuff bonuses, Critical Damage bonuses (on a successful crit), PvP/PvM bonuses, and your opponent's defenses.

When a skill which inflicts damage says on its tooltip that the skill damage it can do is "150% + 300", that means that the potential damage you can do is 150% of your Skill Power, plus 300.  For example, if your Attack Power is 1000 and you have no other Skill Power passives or equipment bonuses, your Skill Power will be 1000, and the potential damage you can do with that skill is 1800.  That 1800 skill damage will then be applied against the opponent's defenses, and damage enhancement/reduction/PvP/PvM/critical damage bonuses to produce the actual amount of damage you inflict on the opponent.
