Personally I don't play scouts, and I don't know well about scouts either but after reading number of threads and posts about we-want-more-survivability-on-scouts, this idea of a new passive skill crossed my mind.
So here it is:
Skill name: Haven't thought of any.
Ability: Passive
You take less damage if hit on the sides or rear.
Your rear is considered to be within 70 degrees from the back.
Your side is considered to be within 110 degrees from the back.
Side damage reduction: 4%/ 8%/ 12%/ 16%/ 20%
Rear damage reduction: 20%/ 25%/ 30%/ 35%/ 40%
Because usually scouts kite & fight in combat, am I right? (I'm not sure lol, I'm not scout)
So they usually turn their back & run to a fight, so this skill probably helps.
We might add a Dodge stack effect.
Each time you get hit, you have 25% chance to stack 5% your current dodge, up to 5 stacks, last for 15 seconds, stack chance has 3.5 secs cool down.
[This might be Unique skill to the above passive skill. ]
The end.
This idea was originally from Bristleback [Hero] in RO2.
