For a GX the Luck or the Agi Boots i think Agi with Speed enchant is Way better

I think the +12 Temportal VIT Boot w/ Max Spells Enchant is best. PM me if anyone has one for sale.

Why vit boots? I'm thinking agi and luk boots are best for a GX.
I agree with you I'm currently working on luk boots I don't need the agi I have a +9th (193 aspd) vit in my opinion is for survival purposes

Only thing is bears power is based on getting hit so if you have really high flee won't work a lot :/
