what is best allaround lowerheadgear for ranger

Same one as everyone else, 99 love balloons (pvm) and handkerchief (woe).

I would suggest well chewed pencil.

Well chewed pencil: +2 dex, +3 hit
99 balloons: +1 dex, +1 str, +1 agi, +1 int, +1 vit, +1 agi
Handkerchief: -4% damage from demi human

it's 3% reduction from demi humans. not 4.

Oh, thanks for that important correction. That completely changes things. Wear a pirate dagger in woe not a handkerchief, I thought it was 4% not 3%-- that's total garbage.
