Hi guys, I dont know if it's a bug or something but Falcon Eyes and Elemental Converters dont seem to work for my Ranger's Arrow Storm anymore.
Currently, with Improved Concentration buffed, I am able to do 45k ~ 50k damage (+9 Elven Bow, +9 WW Suits EA2, +4 WW Boot and Manteau clean). I have 117 base dex and 55 base luk.
Falcon Eyes skill description states that it increases +20% damage but my damage doesnt go up any higher after casting it. And even elemental converters do not work at all. There is no increase in my damage after casting Falcon Eyes and elemental converter.
I have seen rangers who do 75k ~ 100k damage in high TI and they said they only used elven bow. So i dont know how I can achieve that damage since nothing works for me.
Does anyone know if this is a bug or AS just get nerfed?
