Patch Notes 6/11: Dark Whisper

1. Update
A. Dark Whisper Upper and Lower Floors will be implemented.
i. The entrance is located in Morroc, near the Tomb of Osiris entrance.
B. Master Level has been extended to Master Level 30.
C. New Dayr Desert and Osiris Monster DNAs have been added.
D. New Dark Whisper quests have been added.
E. New Khara quests have been added.
F. New UI has been implemented.
2. Events
i. Dates: June 11- July 18
i. For 1000 zeny, you can purchase a Royal Casino Box from Kafra Service girls.
ii. The box contains a random chance to get one of the following items:
i. Dates: June 11- July 16
ii. Visit NPC Kafra Einsope in Prontera to start the Dungeon Clearance event quest.
iii. Earn Honing Reset Tickets by completing the quests in various dungeons.
i. Dates: June 11- July 9
ii. When you refine your items successfully to +16, you will earn an Immediate Refine Stone.
i. Dates: June 11- July 9
ii. Times: 6:00am-7:00am PDT and 9:00pm-10:00pm PDT
3. Kafra Shop
A. New Items
i. Monster DNA Random Box: 200 points

B. Fusion Sale
i. The following items will be on sale from June 11 to June 18
-Appearance Maintain Slate: 150 points
-Rune Maintain Slate: 150 points
-Costume Fusion Tablet: 100 points
-Accessory Fusion Tablet: 100 points
4. Changes
A. Rule of Tax Collection has changed.
Before: Tax was charged for Zeny spent through NPC only.
Example: Prontera's Consumption Tax was charged on all expenses off NPCs in Prontera.
Update: Tax will be charged for Zeny spent through ANY character activities, including Honing, Refining and other.
Example: Prontera's Consumption Tax is charged on all Zeny expenses.
Tax rate will be decreased from 10% to 5%.
B. Quiver is no longer a required item for Archer character.
C. Exclamation mark will be shown for Quest monsters.
5. Bug Fixes
- [Beastmaster] Predator Power/Boundary of Nature buffs only apply to party members at a 5m range
- [Beastmaster] Frenzy does not affect fury strike.
- Ranger: Impact Arrow used to do more damage, and may be stuck at max 5/10 skill, even if it's at 10/10.
- Land of Recovery and Deluge skills disappear when another AoE is cast on it in the WoE map.
- Gold Cards looking upgrade and bound status when stacked
- Sacrament Skill updates not working
- Starter Package Complete Honing Scrub not working
- Tame Kelberop (30 Days) in Return Package not working
- No text indicated about the history of Noel
- Instead of “Senare” the NPC was named as “Senyare”
- Spring Festival NPCs in Izlude Hill are now removed
