I submitted a ticket under Ragnarok renewal account: makongkong (it's in the same WP account as this one)
but when I logged in and want to check my ticket in the support section, the support page asked me to log in again.
I tried to log in again but it just won't show me the "logged in" page. Pls help.
And pls inform me if my ticket is successfully submitted as i have not get any confirmation email from you.
