I have played in a others servers (no offcials) with a better rates (3x 5x etc. . ) I know that IRo is more slow to level up and more , I wanna make a Crussader - paladin - Royal , but I dont know what is the best type of build to level up - party - and maybe get zeny :
Crussader of? :
-Shield
-Sacrifice (the skill for party members)
-Grand Cross
-Spear.
Which or these is best for "a first character" ? and what would be the best build stats ?

Don't get sacrifice right off. It's an awesome party skill if your looking to have a support build, but it takes too many skill points for a newly changed Crusader/Paladin. A Holy Cross build with high agi and a Crescent Scythe is best with Grand Cross for AoE damage, but watch out for the damage that Grand Cross does to you when surrounded by a large mob. But when your hunting monsters ona at a time, usually having a Brocca or similar one-handed spear and a decent shield with very high ASPD will suffice if you use speed potions. Note that equipping a shield will slow your ASPD a little.
When you turn Royal Guard, though, you will be leveling using Overbrand most likely. So be ready to do a skill reset at level 99. If you want it, that's also when you should get Sacrifice, I believe. There are also guides in the swordsman sub forums that discuss this stuff. You can look there for builds as well as for gear suggestions.
But it's also not a bad idea to just try to make your own build. Go to the swordsman forum and check out changes to skills and builds (like the shield reflect build nerf) and do what you think fits you best.
