soulhunter skill vampiric touch isnt instant. it should be instant with lvl85 gloves and 9 dna points. bud i cant use it wile runing and manytimes it need so long that the mobs are death before the skill is done. this bug is min. 3 year old. many reports and still not fixed. i think the prob is the animation. im shure it have other skills with the same prob.

Lvl 9 dna does not make it instant. It makes it a. 1 cast speed. Gloves drop that 11% but that is still not instant. You have to stop and cast. If you make it 10 dna then you will make it cast while running but at this point the animation is a bit long
