**New accounts made through the Client registered through WarpPortal.com must log in to Trifri. Currently there is an issue that prevents players from accessing Nova with New Accounts. We will be investigating this issue and will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

I already used my accounts on both servers and still dont get why 1 of my Trifri chars isnt transfered to Nova yet - not even a reply to my ticket(s)
