I am typing this up on an iPad so I am sorry if it doesn't look right or if it is difficult to read. Here are my proposals to help save this game:

Permanent 60% forge

My reason for this is that even with 60% forge higher items can only be reinforced to 11 or less without having to buy mall items. With permanent more people will reinforce and not be put off by having to wait a long time for each hh or event. With 60% being minimum you would have the option to give us a 10-30% hh depending if it is an event or how generous you are. This would leave us with a maximum of 90% for high end gear. We would still need to buy mall items for this because I often break at 90%

Higher lant drops

When a high end item takes 3,000,000 or more per reinforcement but your only getting 800 lant a kill it's very daunting to newer players. This is about getting more players into your game and keeping them happy.

Increased drop rate

Doesn't have to be by much. 50% or higher would be enough to make people happy. The drop rate at times is pathetically low.

Minimum 2 servers

Now that we have 2 servers please do not merge them again. It will only cause more problems and angry players. 2 should be bare minimum so we can do SvS

Fix bugs

There are many bugs in the game. I know you are working hard to resolve these but any bug is toxic to a game such as this

Guild bank

Other games I have played have a guild bank that those who have authority can use to bank raid items and give to guild members if they need. For example 30 khrentium ion sets for new players to help them level quickly but at the same time have the chance to experience the game better than a 69 jump.

More raids and instance dungeons

More raids would be great for those who are higher level. More places to grind would be good to ease congestion if your game gains some more popularity.

More fun events

If you give the players the lant, drops, forge as mentioned above then the players would love more in events such as turns monster spawns. You could do the hh less frequent and replace with these instead.

Drop option in party's and raids class specific

Give us a class specific option for drops. For example if a launcher drops only those that use launchers can roll for it. If this does a full countdown with no rolls it then becomes a free for all roll wise.

Raised level cap

Raise the level cap to 100. This would give existing 90s something to do. Even if no new equipment they can use the added skill points and classes such as protector can up their heals a bit more as this needs over 90 to do so.

Advertise your game

I feel like the only English player on this game. This game I found by chance but I prefer it to many others. The British pound is quite strong at the moment so it would do you we'll to advertise and get more players from Britain and other countries which are recovering well from the recession. More advertising = more players and more money for you. You have to invest and advertise to get a worthy return. Now is the time.

 

Better Tutorials for new/returning players

 

I think this is being sorted at the moment with wiki pages. However a lot of players i know struggle at first with forge and their general knowledge is lacking. A really good wiki site or in game wiki would help a lot. The new crescent frost enchants for example are not clear how to make. I myself would have to get the parts and take them to a forge to try and figure it out. If its not clear by that point I would be stuck.

im pretty sure permanent 60% forge would break the already broken game again. everyone having max reinforce in a game is not a good way to go brother. imo 60% is pretty generous already. it's a bit of marketing strategy since ppl are waiting for the 60% forge and im sure sales bump quite a bit when they do happen.

Think of the mall points needed to up everyones items the extra 20+ times after the 100% wears off. Thats is times 16 for the accessories, weapon/shield and armour. Not to mention Ornaments as people often have more than one. I don't know anyone who reinforces without the forge event being on. Also people have more than one character so you can multiply that by upto 8. 

 

This is about giving new players a chance to catch up to older players a little quicker but it still means they will have to pay to do so. 

 

Another benefit is that armour up to the lvl 60 Ion sets can be made straight to 20-30 without much trouble. That helps people get to the lvl 72+ gear quicker. They will not be failing to get good low end gear and giving up at the first hurdle. Instead they will get to the lvl 65/72 armours which are pretty good and be able to get them to 10/11 before having to use mall points to upgrade further. This means more higher players who have had time to play the game from level 1 boosting server activity.

Fixing the bugs in this game is something our development team does want to work on but we need your guys' assistance to find out what the bugs are. 

 

Our development team does check over the Bug Section section of the forums constantly.

Its good to know all the persistent bugs since beta have been fixed and the development team has so much free time they can take in more info on bugs.

Everyone lets not worry about failed happy hour, failed reinforce events, charge bugs, movement speed hacks, movement bugs, range bugs, and the like anymore. Gravity has that all sorted out now.

 

Honestly, I don't think anything will save this game at this point. The base is a mess and its been known since day one that the very basic systems in the game cannot work for a level based game beyond level 60. It uses 1 dimensional formulas which for a level game is not workable as everyone reaches the limits around level 60. This in turn has made the game only about a couple particular stats because everything else has become moot due to level progression or poor early game design.

There is only so much you can polish a turd, and at this point I don't think the developers are even capable of further polishing this turd.

I hope if what Cleffy has mentioned can be altered in some way. I did realise using a Protector that defence caps very easily and so do some other stats. This makes the higher armours less desirable. I hope the game developers can do something even if it takes a 2 day downtime to rip into the existing coding and replace with new .
