Suggestion to change the Seal of Mjolnir

As I've said before, I only log on the game on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately, it seems people only do the Seal quests on the weekends or something. During the week, the only seal available is the Seal of Mjolnir. I'm guessing that no one seems to like doing this one due to the high cost of rough elu and ori, so no one does it during the week. And my paladin has been sitting, waiting for a new quest to open up so he can continue.

 

So my suggestion is that we change the quest to where either the reward cost and reward itself (the weapon only) are taken out, changed to accept maybe 20 iron or something else, or...well, anything. I just want to finally get passed this seal so I can do the others.

 

If this idea gets enough support, I'll submit a ticket with a link to this thread.

the only reason i do this seal and put up with sudri is a chance to get a nice level 4 weapon (e.g. ice pick, combat knife). 

 

before they randomized the rewards as opposed to keeping them class-specific, the final seal was the fastest one to clear with everyone making assassins to get ice picks.

 

it's not that hard gathering rough elu/oris.  what is annoying is that tifali asks for 50 each and then only takes 40 of each so clothies have to be basically naked in order to carry them to him...

Sudri is the main problem here. He's the worst bit of monotonous game design I've ever seen. What's worse is if you screw up part way through the quest, you have to fight him all over again and waste another five minutes to an hour of your life pressing enter. 

 

The rewards aren't really worth doing the quest either. What ends up happening is guilds that want to make a god item are forced to run the majority of their characters through the quest.

 

I doubt anyone would miss Sudri if he was removed, but he needs to be replaced with something challenging to prevent too many god items being made.

I think that's one of the reasons he's in. It's not too hard once you get an idea of the pattern. As "random" as it is, you can some times see where he's going to attack next. Also, using counter once in a while does help. If I have a good start, but start losing my HP too quickly, I'll usually use that, especially when my HP is so low, I'll lose on the next hit. Some times it works, some times it doesn't. But I've beaten him once before using two counter attacks with only ~7 HP left once.

 

The reason I say to take out the ori and elu is because that's a lot of stuff for one weapon, especially with it being random. Yeah, there's some nice stuff, but there's also stuff that I can't use. But if I sell them at current market prices, I wouldn't get enough money back to afford buying the required elu and ori for another go after I use a reset stone. That, plus I'd end up spending all my ori on the reward to be able to upgrade it enough to be worth anything.

changing that dam ncps health from 200 to 150 will make things ALOT better for ppl questing , I Already recomended that to GMs and it was ignored.
