Out of curiousity, I copied my PA to the buyers list and here's what happened
PS. tried it with a different item with extra substat but still the same thing happened
Try it so you can see it

An update, if you try it with a non repaired item with extra sub stat, the item in the buying list will copy the highest dura of that item, example SF dura 62/70 with extra substat of 25/50, the item that will copied will be like this, SF dura 70/70 without sub stat. At worst, when i relog, the saved item on my buying list has been gone

Thanks for the report, this will be corrected for next patch so that the buylist item respects the appraisal stat the original item had. The issue with items disappearing after relogging has also been corrected for next patch.

Gen for future consideration, can you actually make it an option to include or not include the appraisal? Sometimes people just want a 100 dura +15 or something for their buylist, but they can't actually "buy list" it cause of some random wonky stats like 12/20 or something.
