so today i log in after work and find one of my highest level character disappeared out of the blue and my previously deleted came back. Does this have anything to do with the rollback character?
my character just...disappeared?

Are you sure you are referring to Requiem? Or could you be referring to ROSE Online which had a roll-back just yesterday.
