Maybe it's the old no skill glitch, go in and out of car and it will work again!

Except I couldn't even get into the cart at all- and just yesterday I put in 2 fuels so I know it isn't out of gas. The drive skill itself is not working for me anymore and it worked right before the servers went down for maintenance
