so i know gx can equip arrow with little feather hat and apply status effects but wondering if they get the +20 crit rate too? If so...free 40 crit rate

It's not crit rate, it's critical damage. And yes, you get a 20% damage increase on your crits with a +7 LFH and a sharp arrow.
