I've been playing ragnarok for days until this happened. I've been trying to fix it for 5 hours.

 

After logging in 10000 times and keep getting this message, I finally went to google and did these:

 

I reinstalled RO several times

I already copied a different ragnarok file from my sister's computer to mine

Turned my firewall on and off

Did the ftp/update server thing on Internet Explorer

Did telnet and command prompt

"Pinged"

Run stuff as administrator

 

And I know I did more, but for now that's all I can remember.

 

I download my Ragnarok throught Steam, btw. If that helps..

 

And how it happened btw, was..

I was playing iRO, I went to Kafra and used her to teleport from Payon to Alberta. I got stuck to the loading message, so I just pressed exit. So I went back and started ragnarok again. I logged in again then I got this message. I tried loggin in several times. Sometimes it happens after character select, sometimes it just pops up after logging in.

 

I'm so frustrated and confuse right now. It was working fine for more than 5 days :/

Same thing's happening to me... But on my case I'm new in this game and I've never logged in my account :'(

i really dunno how to solve this mate, cuz i can see that you have checked this link https://support.warp...SearchID=205085 on solivng this issue. i suggest you submit a ticket about it to https://support.warp...10-dbc053af867f . that's all i can help mate
