Goldentheifberg is on the second floor of Eden Group, in that area near the middle of the room, right next to where Enriched Hammer is when he's in. I know he's still there - I remember clicking through his dialog this weekend after clicking him by accident.

His name is RWC Enchanter and he's currently in. RWC Enchanter has Blonde Hair and a Giant Pair of Bug Decapitation Clippers.
