Wanted to upgrade my stuff and wondering which spot is the best to get them at...

(can't solo WS).

try hunting Event Golems at the PD  (they drop a Scroll to reduce)

or opening Boxes at the TD

that goes pretty much for any kind of Basic Xeons.

 

Eximius should drop / loot able at Plancy

 

for spots try: 4th Ion Harvesting Machine (NH)

Sandyman is right. I recommend farming the Event Golems in Plancy PD for Eximus Xeons. The compressions are decent with good cost and reduction xeon amount. Every Event Golem drops one or more compression.

farm those compressions like mentioned above, then get the lvl 42 quest Wounded Hunter , part 5 will give u an item reduction tool which will save ur lants as well

this saved my ass and with 1234 alts its like having one available when u really need it instead of 30 days and half the time not using it.

 

feel like they should give a weekly 1 day reduction tool quest. or just make wounded hunter weekly repeatable.
