Hi everyone,  

 

My friend wanted to created a account in DragonSaga and strangly he can't connect in the game but he can in the official website.

 

when he tryed to connected in the game there is this message : Wrong ID or Password.

 

But we are sure that was the good password.

 

So someone know what's happening.

This is the ragnarok online section of the forums. You should make this in the dragon saga sections. I'm not sure what your problem might be, perhaps it's case sensitive and you have caps lock on or something.

Edit: Also your warpportal account is not the account you use to log into your games, you must create a separate game account in the warpportal account as one that you will use for each game.

You could also have your friend create a Warpportal support account, and send a ticket in for further assistance.
