HI~

 

1. where do you guys go to enchant katar weapon & dagger?

e.g.

fortune sword, agent katar, drill katar  etc...etc...

 

2. can I still enchant +7 items?

Enchanting is done in Malangdo. See http://irowiki.org/w...langdo_Enchants for details. You can enchant weapons at any refine rate and there is no chance to break the item.
