So i fetched the egg from storage in geffen, then i went to prontera to buy pet incubator and hatched the pet. So far so good, but then i warped back to geffen and my wanderer pet gone. Whats weird is i could still see pet information as i pressed alt+J. So during the panic i chose to return it to egg shell. It worked, and i thought everything is back to normal.

 

Still curious, i went to prontera once more to buy the pet incubator again and did the same thing as before. Wanderer pet appeared and blah blah blah... warped back to geffen and it happened again (pet gone) like dejavu. No pet on screen but i could still see pet information like before. I chose to return to egg shell, but no egg in my inventory, its completely VANISHED... (O.O)

 

Help me please, is there something to fix this?

Its not about the price, i bought it only 4m. But i really like wanderer pet

have you submitted a ticket for this?  that will get your issue addressed faster.

Submit a ticket and the GMs will sort it out for you. 

 

I wonder if this is related to the issue where you can't summon new homuns in prontera...

THANK YOU! i did send the ticket today and apparently the problem solved.

 

however, they said there's still something wrong with geffen map, i wonder how long this bugs will continue.
