1. How to save at Manuk on the Cat Hand Agent? It keep saying "Actually resident of this village continued to offer resistance and       bla bla bla"

 

2. What the use of Sapha Certificate? anything worth to buy? I would love to buy gear from El Dicastes just like Splendide glove.

2. You can buy some gears from Cat Hand outside el dicastes. You pay sapha certs for those gears. Then you can also use sapha certs to enchant those gears as well as your Light of El Dicastes.

Probably either a quest requirement or cat hand points (like the ones you get from fishing)

i really wish manuk coins have more value rather than just exchanged for manuk consumables that boost stats against manuk monster. i mean like splendide coins used in eclage. or at least we can make some conversion like
2 manuk coin = 1 sapha cert. 2 sapha cert = 1 mora coin. 2 mora coin = 1 splendide coin. 2 splendide coin = 1 manuk coin.

Well, it took years between when New World went in (pre-renewal) and when eclage was added to give us something to spend the coins on in end-game.
