Not sure if the quest is broken or not, after kille 1,000 fabres and talking to Nodor again he just kind of stops the conversation without giving me a second objective bet tells me i should be doing something when i click him again. I found the wiki guide says to donate zeny to Nudor on the domestic airship, I am at him now and when i click him he says something about having no money for food and i only have the option to close the dialogue, if anyone has done this please help..

I experienced the same problem strangely enough.

 

I went back and forth between them the next day and it worked.

Nodor will talk about a letter and ask you if you want to listen or something. And then mentions about giving money to his brother.

It was resolved, It is connected to a bug that npc dialogue does not update after completing turn ins in eden or a few other key quests. Just have to log out but I should post to remind WP about this so it can be resolved in a future update.

While on the airship, please type /where, paste the map name and coordinates in your next reply.

i figured it out, its on the domestic airship not the international one you take from izlude
