Hi! I'm just returning to the game.

 

I have a low-100s geneticist who wants a homun S. I currently have a (pre-evolution) vanil at level 98, and her xp bar is a third full while saying 3,135,000 xp (which seems to be the required xp for 98->99). I've tried getting her to stab random things and I can't get the xp bar to go up. I just want to 99 her while afking her to loyal.

 

And I missing something? Any searches just turn up with people warning against going level 100 on a non-S homun.

 

(I put this here instead of Homunculus HQ because I assumed over there was for scripting. Feel free to move if appropriate.)

 Are sure it is not going up? at that point that bar moves up very slowly. You can try leaving it in OD1 for a few house and if the exp bar still show same % then it is time to submit a ticket.

 

also is your gene receiving exp when the vanil kill something?

The bar should go up - but for 3m exp to level, 0.1% is 3000 exp, which is more than just a couple of kills.

Welp, UI confusion strikes again! I thought the 3135000 number was the current xp, not the total xp required for level up. I also couldn't get the tooltip to open the first time I tried, but now it works, and it's indeed going up. Thanks!
