Unable to Support Ticket

Well, I've been trying to recover my account as I've been out of comission due to no ISP , I've come back to a hacked email, steam account(S) and much much more.. Just need some help. :|
Literally the support ticket on your warp portal site is timing out everytime I try to send my ticket in. Frustrated.

 

 

"Ooops, an error has occurred. This problem has been logged and reported.
Please try again later."

 

Every time I try to submit the ticket, I PM'd Sham two days ago about it and I've not heard a reply so I decided to send a ticket in. Unfortunately this is impossible. I'm also attaching screenshots of my characters inventory that I was extremely lucky to find, maybe that is the problem?

NVM, Tickets went through but said they did not and that an error happened. Sorry.

I seriously hope I can get my stuff back, I attached two screenshots of my scout with its inventory open, thankfully I found screenshots of him. :3 How does it usually work? Do they add the items they list that you've lost onto the account or do they usually restore the account from a previous date? I can't remember everything I had for the life of me, I did a half butt job of listing the items, but I did provide actual screenshots of one of the character names that was wiped. I have a screenshot of my champion with an SF in it's hand but no inventory open :(

I had never been in this sitation so I cant tell what will happend. But please let the support team have 48 hours to answer your ticket ;)

They will block the account while they look into it. If they find that the account was hacked, they will replace everything that they can find which was stolen.

Please give our support team up to 48 hours to answer/resolve the issue.

 

You will get a response back via email and the ticket tool system
