I propose a CM managed index of Proposals as a pinned thread in this section, with checks for "having been seen", "having been deliberated", "having been requested/denied" and the process of implementation if the request was accepted.

I ask for this because there's currently no way of knowing if anyone with status actually checks this section, let alone whether any proposals have been considered.

If such a thread was to be made, it would prevent the community from running riot over perceived incompetence and apathy on the part of WarpPortal. If it was NOT to be made (I honestly don't see why not considering how easy it would be to create and maintain it), you'd only be fueling the fire and promoting your current perception as indifferent and uncaring for the game that you host, given that it's a stupidly easy solution to an ongoing transparency problem.

Consider yourselves called out, WP.

I am sorry you feel that way. We do read these; just we don't comment that often.

I think almr is suggesting you maybe find someone who might be able to comment more often and snatch them up for your cm team? It may not be a terrible idea...

So could a GM make a thread with simple Yes/No/Maybe answers to threads? It would help settle a lot of debates :3

Congratulations on not actually responding to the proposal. "We read these" could mean "we read everything, including productive comments" or "we read topic headers and who posted it, then ignore them till someone PMs me".

Following on from what Jaye said, can we at least know the criteria you rely on when judging proposals as fit to implement or just too hard? Is it within our power to do anything autonomously anymore?

Lately we haven't even been able to touch skills (the Rapid Throw fiasco when BG Queue was implemented comes to mind, and fyi it's no less of an issue atm) if they affect our server negatively. Do we really need to make a huge, game-breaking impact (Deluge in WoE) before you'll listen?

Pretty much if you want something broken changed you have to abuse it until the game is near unplayable for everyone else. That is how it has always been. If you want some bug fixed promote it so everyone knows how to abuse it and then they'll patch it.

I wish they would re-enable Deluge and just disable Kettle Pot Hat in WoE. I miss the +20% Boost in HP from Deluge.

Wait what does Deluge do to Emperium? I might be forgetting something important.

Skills shouldn't effect the Emperium, so I don't know. I know Warmer doesn't effect the Emperium at all so Deluge shouldn't?

It did something weird with it's HP causing it to lose some % of its HP every time deluge was cast. That's why they disabled it. With kettle hat spamming deluge under it the emp would break in like 15 seconds with 1 person on it.

Thanks for the information. Wish there was a way to fix Deluge I miss using it in WoE. Apparently that same bug doesn't happen in WoE: TE? They do have Deluge enabled in WoE: TE so I'm going to assume it is fixable?

costumes are disabled in WOE right?  so it'll be easy to spot who's wearing a kettle hat if any shenanigans go on around the emp.

and? they never did anything about it before in terms of bans or anything. Abuse until it's removed is the general policy lol

So what? Its a good policy. Unless you don't want people to quit your game, that is.

why not reorganize the threads to go into categories like:

- Proposals Implemented

- Proposals Scrapped

- Proposals in Debate stays on the main suggestions thread. then, when a thread of suggestion gets scrapped or to be implemented, mods can place them on the appropriate folder, locked so trolls can't bump an old topic that's already been deliberated upon.
