but these 5 tipps are useless ....
After you submit a ticket, you get a standard automatic answer to let you know that the support ticket has been delivered to the support team.
This 5 tips are only some try-outs you can do in the meanwhile.
They have nothing to do with your support ticket itself. Sometimes using one of this tips can already solve your problem. Mostly not.
You should get another ticket within the next 48hours with a real solution or something you can try or they can do or have done.
That is you "real" answer for your support ticket.The support team gets lots of this tickes (for every game on warpportal) so it takes some time to answer them.
Just be patient.
Also, please do not copy + paste responses from the Support team onto the forums.
I did not see the the text he copied, but I have a question.
What is the reason behind this if the text does not containt personal informations?
