Hey guys,

 

I got a new problem in dragon saga ! 
I followed a mission content and traveld to windy Farm but at the loadscreen the game hang up .... every time I login the game hang up again ...

Could someone help me please ?
is there a service in dragon saga to send his own charackter back to odelia or port of the wind without starting the game ?

 

like a bug fix ....

Only way to fix this is to write a support ticket in my opinion .

I tried it on channel 1 and 3 and I can't confirm a general problem.

It's working fine for me.

A support ticket is a message of yours directly to the support team. The ones that can for example move your char to another area/ deal with in game problems of any sort a player has.

 

Here is the link to the support area:

On that page in the upper right area is a pencil sign. Click on this button to "Submit a Ticket".

A new page will pop up on which you can tell the support what your problem is and in which way you need help.

thank you .... but i get useless informations about ragnarök and other games .... but i write them that i have a problem with dragon saga ... -.-

Sorry if it was not clear enough; Please give the support team at least 2 days to respond BACK to your ticket. They will do it within the same ticket. 

 

Also, please do not copy + paste responses from the Support team onto the forums.

After you submit a ticket, you get a standard automatic answer to let you know that the support ticket has been delivered to the support team.
This 5 tips are only some try-outs you can do in the meanwhile.
They have nothing to do with your support ticket itself. Sometimes using one of this tips can already solve your problem. Mostly not. 
 
You should get another ticket within the next 48hours with a real solution or something you can try or they can do or have done.
That is you "real" answer for your support ticket.The support team gets lots of this tickes (for every game on warpportal) so it takes some time to answer them.
 
Just be patient.
 

Also, please do not copy + paste responses from the Support team onto the forums.


I did not see the the text he copied, but I have a question.
What is the reason behind this if the text does not containt personal informations?

Submitting a ticket is meant for the most part to be a private conversation between you and the Support team member.
