Nicolai, Can you PROVIDE me EVIDENT for my case ?

Since everything you said about my case is unacceptable if you can't provide any evident (However, I think that you can MAKE UP A FAKE EVIDENT for my case in the way to make you right ). I can't believe that International Ragnarok Online has such an unprofessional manner to treat their players.

 

First, you made an excuse for take away items WHICH I HAVE PAID BY MY KAFRA POINTS which i can provide for you EVERY TRANSACTIONS receipt number i paid by paypal ( I CAN SAY EVERY ITEM I HAVE IN THIS GAME IS LEGAL and FROM WHAT I PAID MY REAL MONEY TO YOU TO HAVE IT ). Secondly, when you have my reaction, you turn to say my accounts have associated with other accounts which used third party (WTF ???) I MENTION THAT I ONLY HAVE 2 accounts for this game: 1 is main and 1 is alt ( for storage) . SO, WHAT IS OTHER ACCOUNT (that you mean used third party ) associated with my account ? If you gonna to block every account which associated with any other account that used third party, CAN YOU PROVIDE ME A GUIDELINE to know whether other players are using it or not to avoid it ? Thirdly, why don't you reply my ticket instead of ignoring it ? Is that the policy of IRO customer Representative when they can't answer their customer question and forcing their customer accept ridiculous answer ?

 

Remember, although this game is own by you but I PAID for your Service, and I DEMAND a PROPERLY Service ? Not this Crap one !!

 

Two words for your game online service : UNPROFESSIONAL - UNACCEPTABLE

Some people on customer support a bit tard and don't read half the stuff you write probably best to pm Campitor and he'll get your problem sorted out properlly

Well OP does have a point regarding 3rd party.

But to be honest, I think I have 8 parties, but I only play 5 at a time. My 3rd,4th,5th.. parties have never been banned though. Hopefully never.  :heh:

Accounts are not parties. Parties are programs that are NOT part of Ragnarok Onlines file systems as they were intended.

those are accounts... when they are talking about 3rd parties they mean programs developed by an outside source... things like botting.... he either was using bots and got caught or was doing business with bots and got caught when they busted the ring...

I looked up your ticket. When you submitted the ticket you forgot to put the L at the end of your account name. So Nicolai thought you were writing in about a 2009 banned account that was botting back then; not the other account that was locked down for to prevent it from being stripped by an ill mannered user we saw attempt to log into it. I will tell Nicolai to talk to you about the right account.

Psh, dude should be super happy that the customer service in this case locked down his account, to prevent it from being stripped by an ill mannered user. Which brings up the question, how did someone find out OP account name? Dude better be more careful who he talks to. Plus he owes an apology to nicolai =p
