Since everything you said about my case is unacceptable if you can't provide any evident (However, I think that you can MAKE UP A FAKE EVIDENT for my case in the way to make you right ). I can't believe that International Ragnarok Online has such an unprofessional manner to treat their players.
First, you made an excuse for take away items WHICH I HAVE PAID BY MY KAFRA POINTS which i can provide for you EVERY TRANSACTIONS receipt number i paid by paypal ( I CAN SAY EVERY ITEM I HAVE IN THIS GAME IS LEGAL and FROM WHAT I PAID MY REAL MONEY TO YOU TO HAVE IT ). Secondly, when you have my reaction, you turn to say my accounts have associated with other accounts which used third party (WTF ???) I MENTION THAT I ONLY HAVE 2 accounts for this game: 1 is main and 1 is alt ( for storage) . SO, WHAT IS OTHER ACCOUNT (that you mean used third party ) associated with my account ? If you gonna to block every account which associated with any other account that used third party, CAN YOU PROVIDE ME A GUIDELINE to know whether other players are using it or not to avoid it ? Thirdly, why don't you reply my ticket instead of ignoring it ? Is that the policy of IRO customer Representative when they can't answer their customer question and forcing their customer accept ridiculous answer ?
Remember, although this game is own by you but I PAID for your Service, and I DEMAND a PROPERLY Service ? Not this Crap one !!
Two words for your game online service : UNPROFESSIONAL - UNACCEPTABLE
