I thought you couldnt place them under a target? I just saw a video of a trapper ranger vs the immobile GH boss and he placed them right under it. I may have to make a trapper ranger if you can place them under targets after all o-o.

Not all traps are created equal. I think Hunter traps can't be placed under monsters/players, but you can do that on Ranger traps, like fire trap.
