I heard that on some servers you can reset your sill points for a small amount of fee, a few bucks I think. I'm on iRO. Is there any this kind of service? Or is there any way I can reset the skill points, just in case? I read in another thread about this if you are under LVL 39, and any other ways?

skill point resets are free for all characters 99 and under.  there are npcs in izlude and pront that do that for you.  beyond that requires a kafra shop (cash) item

Hypnotist in Izlude. Free reset for any character base level 99 or lower. Need to have 0 weight so throw everything in storage before doing it.

hypnotist in izlude(city center) and prontera (a little north from item seller in city center) offer free skill reset for characters lower than base level 100, unlimited times. just make sure you have 0 weight, dismount, and no cart.

 

base level higher than 99 you will need to purchase neuralizer from kafra shop to reset skill

i was actually able to reset in pront w/o dismounting from my crusader; haven't tried with a cart though.
