At first i thought crit dmg was king but now im starting to favor atk which is better?

For general purposes I'd go for agi boots with aspd enchants.

If crit katar build I'd go for luk boots with fs or aspd enchant depending on whether I am able to get 193 aspd without the boots.

Luk Boots FS/Lucky Day when attacking with crits. Using kvm jam most of the times

 

Str Boots FS/Bear's Power when RC mobbing during TIs/farming. I use a malicious katar so the hp drain isn't really a bother even if bear procs often.

The enchants (lucky day, etc) and the refinement bonuses do not require 120 stat.

 

In the case of LUK Boots, 120 stat gives you: critical damage +30% (and nothing else).

is 200 more luk really better than 200 str for an aspd crit build?

The problem is that the 200 str proc requires you to get hit rather than it happening when you dish the damage.

lucky day increases atk by a decent amount, roughly 66 attack, and can proc when you deal damage or take damage, whether physical or magical. CD in mouth helps to proc it too.

Lucky day also increases crit rate and pdodge by a sizeable amount, which can be very useful. To top it all off, lucky day has no drawbacks, while the 200 str proc makes you lose some hp every second it's active.

Personally I think hawkeye might be a choice too, since the left hand of a DD crit build does not crit, so the increase in hit rate will add on to your damage.

Speed of light is also useful, because of +100 pdodge, which allows you to ignore mobs attacking you when hitting an mvp.

The rest don't seem all that relevant to me...
