Can GM make when we click other player we can see they health bar? i think its good idea too when PvPing or War. so we can know when we GIVE THEM LAST HIT or SKILL

I've been making a mod for this been stuck but its cause I'm doing a full enemy tooltip. So when you target anything mob or player you get their name class level hp and mp. No releases yet.
