where do i get these aside from seal 3? Do monsters drop ACAs too? i could be asking for a secret to be revealed here.. hehe

i haven't tried opening one yet. but i heard mvp cards don't drop from ACAs. i dunno what sth is.

I think in classic OCA doesnt give dr/gr/mp and such but ACA does. (At Least that's what i remember reading somewhere)

1. You can exchange 3 oca for 1 aca at a npc in prontera

[Themes]

Classic ACAs are NOT the same as MCA on Renewal/any other server.

 

They were introduced after the community finally got the GMs to introduce the big three miniboss cards (GR/DR/MP). But because people were complaining that guilds had been saving up their OCAs for just this reason they insisted that they be less valuable. So a rate of 3:1 was implemented.

 

It's possible that there's also a few more recent cards that are unavailable as the original OCA from Classic was fairly custom due to the nature of the changed spawns and its initial loot table got modified once or twice as new dungeons/towns were opened. Not much of a reason to open any OCAs but if for some reason you dont care about the big three and have your heart set on something else you may have to check with Oda or Campitor.

 

tldr; ACAs on classic = OCAs anywhere else.

for future reference, i only got Old Card Album from kiel hyre quest. it seems it's only seal 2 that's updated, unless it is intended. If not, could you GMs please update it? Kiel Hyre Quest is considerably harder than seal 2.

You can send in a ticket and they will replace ur oca with Aca . A friend did get a ktull card when Aca were first put in the server but turned it in

I think some other MvPs drop them also that aren't listed in that thread. But I only know of 1 other since I don't really MvP that much.

It's supposed to be any MvP that drops an OCA now drops ACAs from what I know.

When you think about it, an ancient card al bum wouldn't have a good election of cards, since we didn't have most monsters or cards available djuring ro's ancient history!
