boss name: Nips Lightning

hp: 3m

mechanics: basically took some boss moves from LOTS bosses.

 

boss regular attack:

-random single target aoe every 40 seconds.

-3 stack dots on threat holder.

 

hp markers:

2.8m hp - summons slow self destruction bombers

2.56m hp - aoe stun for 6 seconds

2.55m hp - summons adds (cake is a lie) but with some 1 hit ko deadly bombers :D must kill the bombers asap. (only 10k hp before boss uses this skill so be careful with your dots!!)

1.7m hp wide  room aoe with dots

1m hp-summons adds (sapper) and (poringinator) and (huggy) plus bombs on the floor. also summons willows to recover boss hp!

600k hp onwards - easy steamroll but with annoying 20sec polymorph on a random target.

10k hp - uses unavoidable "run for your life!" skill the one like Sehee to the person with the lowest threat. would also be cool if the boss says "x player, you are the weakest link! goodbye!" :D

win!

 

Add Names/Mehanics:

 

Self-destruction bomber - slow movement, but will demolish anyone if someone stick with him for a few seconds.

the cake is a lie! - cute tiny cupcakes running around crazy but don't be foolish! some of them will kill you if you try to eat them!

happy sapper- just tiny midgets just chasing you around trying to silence.

poringinator - just poring buffs like in colo to help dps while boss summons willows but be careful you might get debuff instead!

huggy - just annoying little **** chasing a random target and may 1 shot! like the boss in colo >.>

Boss Name: Skadi

 

Boss Mechanics:  [Read Bellow]

 

Skills:

 

Storm Gust - Pushes everyone in the aoe at random directions, at the end of the duration anyone still inside has a 50% chance of being immediately frozen for 2.2 seconds. 

 

Mountain Fist - Single Target Strike when critical it stuns.

 

Hymn of Pain -  Used Once HP has hit 60%. If the raids fails to defeat the boss in 15mins, everyone receives a debuff that increases damage received by 40% + a bleeding effect (6% Maximum Hp Loss Per 4 Seconds)

 

Sp Catalyst (AOE) - Anyone in this selective Field gets their SP drained by a DOT effect and converted into HP to the boss.  Further more, any damage received while under this debuff, 40% of the dmg impacted towards your hp is tethered to the boss. (With the same healing effect) 

 

Ain Soph Aur -  A catalyst aoe that performs miracles, anyone in the room that is not buffed with "Njor's Light" will lose 85% of their max hp. (Having any less will put you at 1HP) (Defense Buffs Will Not Protect You)

 

 

Hp: 6,600,000

Adds Name: Njor's Essence  Shadow Clones   

Adds Mechanics:  Skadi will spawn 3 Njor's Essence every 3 minutes after aggro. (1.5minutes before Ain Soph Aur is casted) These add's will add a healing effect to Skadi if left alone for too long. (6% HP Restoration Every 20  Seconds Duration:  45 Seconds) [HOT Cannot Stack But Can Be Refreshed]  Once killed, players in the radius of the blast will receive "Njor's Light" buff. 

 

Shadow Clones will be spawned after Storm Gust is over. Skadi will literally replicate your raid party in shadows.  (70% Damage debuff, 500% Hp Buff) Upon adds being summoned, they will instant buff their according class one time. Therefore, if your priests has been replicated they will priorities on healing skadi if her HP dropped to 20%, They may heal her once in a while. However, she only replicates frozen targets and never a duplication of the same class. (IE: Two Warriors) But she will always replicate whoever has the most hate on her.

 

 

 

 

Just because I'd like to see the look on the servers face with such a raid boss. lelz

Boss Name: Rexus

Boss Mechanics: AOE you must dodge by this i mean if you don't dodge RIP prepare to spinel, Sustainable dps so you need healers and immune to pets/guildskills. at certain points for example (8million hp) Activation orb spawns dps needs to activate it in under 18seconds if not activated boss gets OP PENETRATION making it ALOT harder and counter your refines. Again at certain points a boss inflicts an unavoidable debuff to healer classes (only bm,priest,soulmaker) meh rogues and sins are fine i guess the debuff is 0% Heals for the duration of 10seconds will occur 5 - 10 times during the raid so dps/tanks prepare to pot/kite (any existing HoT will be removed aswell. GG LEARN 2 PVE)

Hp: 12million + Normal Element so no double damage cause that's a joke.

Adds Name: Zilla - Tango - Naytox - Fission

Adds Mechanics: 4 different adds with 4 different elements, each add has unique skill and is a rng spawn between the 4,  similar to Maya in AOD. 7k dot every one sec on random target last for 7 seconds - 60% Def reduction on first target in sight - an self destruct ignoring def will guaranteed do 70% of your max hp if you don't advoid - Hit rate decrease by 45% singles a target with a red ring that person obv needs to gtfo. those are the 4 abilitys plus Guildskills can work on the adds but not the boss but NO PETS.

Any other things you want to add in: This is more of a elite raid kind of... but it may have gaps but something close to this would be wonderful. This just adds the majority of pve mechanics and adds them together but with bigger numbers so it wouldn't be that much of pain to do.

Boss Name: Lysserg

Boss Mechanics:

 Lysserg is a boss monster in human sorcerer form, she resides in an underwater cave deep in the trenches of the Izlude coast.

 

Every 5 minutes, she casts deluge which floods the whole cave. the cave has high walls and the player must swim up to not drown. the deluge flood takes about 2 minutes and at the top of the cave are summoned adds that ambush the emerging players, underwater combat must be implemented at this stage.

 

Jupitel thunder is her killer skill, it takes 10 seconds to cast but could 1 hit most players, and the adventurers must focus on keeping their fellow adventurer alive.

 

Her next skill is heaven's drive, a ground AOE that summons earth spikes from the ground. It will only hit the player if they're within range of the spikes. it takes 6 seconds to cast and has room wide range, its weakness is the spikes are 4 metres high and the room has boulders and platforms the players can retreat to to avoid the spikes.

 

Dispell cancels all buffs of all raid members

 

Lord of vermillion is an lightening element AoE that takes 6 seconds to cast.

 

Frost nova is also an aoe that freezes targets within 10 meters

 

Lysserg could also use Teleport, but unlike wizard's hers doesnt have a cd and she uses it to flee from melee characters.

 

Frost sword is a 15 feet magic sword Lysserg could summon, the skills include:

Forward slash: slashes sword forward which hits targets infront up to 20 metres with high damage and freeze them. cast time 3 seconds. Every time someone is hit, she automatically casts LoV afterwards

Brandish storm swings sword in a rotating manner. same effect as above but without the LoV after cast, has a range of 10 metres

Sword slash: her normal sword attack that hurts like hell

 

Hp: 20000000

 

Adds Name: the adds are mermaids and mermen, there are about 1000 of them waiting above the cave when the cave floods.

Adds Mechanics: theyre the usual lvl 25 izlude hill mobs

Epic bosses. Why cant devs design something as epic as the bosses I'm reading in this thread right now?? Just damn, guys. Good job. Rather than boring 5trillion hp bosses with like 0 to none mechanics, or endless overkiller adds that add only annoyance to the boss rather than challenge..like what we usually get now.. I miss the time when one had to actually learn and practice how to avoid and handle every boss mechanics, from hard raids to simple dungeons like the good ol' Drake in Ghost Ship (once upon a time, he would be very tough for lowbies doing quests there, for real!).

 

tl;dr= I WANT BOSSES LIKE THESE PLAYERS ARE CREATING. (so I can qq about how they kicked my arse many times huehue)

Boss name: reverse-universe-rules
Boss mechanics: this is 1 boss that you have to kill 3 times and every time he change his mechanics
1)Reverse (400k hp) it looks like a mirror whit a shady universe inside it, it can't move or attack but reflect 25% of the damage taken to the damage dealer and if you summon a pet he will summon a shadow pet whit the same power of the summoned one. When killed it will explode damaging every player in the red circle and the universe will be free
2)Universe (2m hp) he can summom 3 kind of adds
A) meteors (red element) they deal phisical damage to single target
B) stars (yellow element) they deal magical aoe damage to every nearby enemy
C) black holes they can't be killed and they last only 30 seconds but they instant kill everyone they touch
Universe take damage only when all the adds are dead and can attack whit an aoe called planet storms impossible to dodge, when killed every player near him is healed and rules is summoned
3) Rules (5m hp) when summoned hit every target whit full healt whit an aoe that do damage equal to his defence rate (example 1000hp 75% defence = 750 damage), this boss don't follow the threat generation instead ignores the player with the higher thread and focus on the one with the lower,at 2.5m hp she summon 4 little mirrors that reflect 25% of the damage taken and make her immune to any damage, at 1.25m hp she summon 4 different planets:
A) life (50k hp) a blue planet that will hot her
B) holy (50k hp) a yellow planet that will make her invincible if not killed
C) destruction (5k hp) can 1 shot random player
D) sinister (5k hp) can cast a 100% debuff on hit rate that last 1 minute
When she reach 500k hp she will get a 100% buff on hit, attack power and a 50% damage reduction.

Boss Starts off with a 100% invincible Buff for 5 minutes, no stun.

Does AoEs for regular attacks that will damage all the melees

At 2.8mil HP, gets a penetration buff, its penetration stat is now 8000

Roots people in place for 20 seconds, does a room-wide AoE

At 2.3mil HP, gets an enrage buff, 900% extra attack damage

Does a Reverse AoE, whoever isn't by the melees get a DoT that ticks for 2500/sec

Reverse AoE persists until end of battle

At 2.1mil HP, Summons adds that pick out a single target and chain stuns them

1.8mil HP, gets another penetration buff, penetration stat is now 14,000, Enrages for another 800% attack damage

Summons one add that chain stuns, and another that takes off 90% of health

Does a Room-wide AoE

500kHP, Roots everyone in place again, teleports out of range for everyone.

Does a Cone AoE that coincedentally, covers the area the party is in.

100kHP, Stuns everyone, does a bombing attack

When dead, server global announcement happens that <x> Party killed Grater LEGIT with no hacks.

Add's Name: Fist Clan Henchman

Add's Mechanics: Every attack that this add does stuns a target for 5 seconds. It will target one party member randomly and will not swap targets.

Add's Name: Fist Clan Trooper

Add's Mechanics: Every attack drains 90% of target's health

Raid name: Corruption

Upon entering the raid instance, you get warped to the Prontera area where the castle, church and barracks are, but without NPCs and the area is completely in Black and White. Inside of the buildings there are platforms similar to the one in Chaos Dungeon
As soon as you go to the 'center' of the map, a raid announce appears in red letters "You can't destroy what is sacred to the heart..."

Barracks Building
Boss: Corruption of Zeras Hyperion. 5.2 millions. He starts with Aura Blade.
Boss mechanics: Upon giving the first blow to Zeras, he casts a Magnum Break that stuns melees for 3 secconds and puts a Bleeding DoT fixed at 2.000HP/s for 10s
Every 3 minutes he casts Endure and Parrying on himself.
Every 2 minutes he gains a buff of +10% ATK, DEF and Penetration.
Every 30 secconds he summons 3 Reanimated Prontera Guard [50k each] that use Magnum Break and Shield Cannon on healing classes. Once killed, they will put a 'Melancholy' debuff on the member who killed it that reduces Atk/MAtk, Def and Movement Speed by 20% for 10 secconds.
Every minute he will spawn a Fissure on a ranged Raid Member.
At 4.5, 3.5 and 2.5 millions of HP Zeras will use Battle Leap on the person that's most far from him, stunning for 5s with a sucessive Aura Strike.
At 4, 3 and 2 millions of HP he uses Brandish Storm on Melee/Tank area, adding a "Ripped Armor" reducing 15% of defense for 10 secconds.
At 2.8 millions Zeras will change "Stance", switching to Aura Armor and Defender buffs.
At 2.2 and 1.2 millions he will cast a conical AoE called Earthquake that will apply Ripped Armor plus Stun for 5 secconds. 
At 800k he uses 'Mayhem Break', a big red circle AoE that stuns for 3s and applies a Firestarter DoT fixed at 5% of HP for 20s (At this point he stops summoning guards)
At 500k he summons a Ghost of Hans Rapad [2m HP] that is basically a weaker version of Zeras  without the ability to summon adds. Zeras will enter in a "Tension Relax" status where he will "Sleep" and recover up to 1 Million HP (3 minutes) or Ghost of Hans Rapad is killed.

After this point, Zeras will start repeat the same mechanics listed above.

[Sanctuary Zone] 
Corruption of Aione (4.3 Millions HP/w buffs) Starts with Blessing, Sacrament and Suffragium.
She's basically a better Prana, that uses Renovatio on herself every 1.5 minutes. She will also use Aspersio based skills (Judex and Magnus Exorcismus, Judex at ranged classes/support and Magnus at Melee classes)
She gets the same buffs as Zeras. The only DoT she will cast is Oratio on a random raid member every 30s
Every 30 seconds she will summon 3 Corrupted Monk [50k HP] that basically use combo skills of the Monk class and is able to Stun for 5s. Have 50% chance to use Guillotine Fist on the target that is attacking before death.

Corruption of Aione is capable of casting critical heals on her or in her summons.

(May add more bosses, I plan to create a Rocket Scientist Jacob that summon Atomic Bombrings and 'Rocket'-ports, pretty same skills as Sorcerers and Wizards but with Mechanical variations. I.E: Land of Recovery = Express Workshop)
