I have the items to get 100%+ cast reduction, do I still need much dex / luk?  Does Dex / Luk help Acid Bomb dmg or defense?

120 str is mainly if you have the amazing gears to back it up (god items) Megs×2 me personally I have 120dex 90str int90 vit is like 75ish and 22 luck I'm 150
Gears are depends on situation
Weapons
+11 liberation HF (AK card and enchanted with EA6 I belive)
+9 twin red sword AS×3 valk shield
+9erde EA enchant valk
Armor
Orleans vit+3
Boots
+9 temporal Dec boots EA and bears power (+200 str when active)
Accessors I switch from
2×rwc pen int2 spell3/3
MoH×2
Head gears
+9EMH
+9 harvester hat

My AB is really good close to 200k for most monsters and when my boots activate it adds about 100k and it activates a lot if I solo mvps. Hope this helps

Those have been optimized to maximize damage while meeting other constraints - there is one of them for full cast time reduc optimized for CC damage there. 

 

CC-damage optimized builds will have very high int, high str, a bit of dex (assuming 100% cast reduc) and some luk, in addition to 96+4 vit. 

AB-damage optimized builds will have very high str, high int, high luk (3 luk = 2 int for AB damage!), and a little bit of dex (again, in addition to the vit).
