+20 is for epeen purposes; you don't get any benefit beyond +8 (besides the extra defense).

the copper is account bound.

 

idk about the silver but since there is no silver on the market. i am guessing it is acct bound as well.

yeah gold is the only one that can be sold.  assuming this quest will be in for the entire spotlight, most should have ample time to get one gold of their own.  remember to use reg elus to +4 the copper and silver, and i guess if you wanted to you could use enriched as well if you can't pump out 9+ helms a day.

otoh the tarnish lamp quest was here for almost 5months after rachael spotlight ended.

^well that happens too, same with monster exp tables too, like groves and anacondaq, they sometimes forget to reset everything back to pre spotlight.

i think so, but that doesn't mean it's not rude to KS someone if they get to it first. generally if i saw a party that was having trouble killing it, i would ask them to join mine and kill it for them. if they killed it in a timely manner, then i waited til they were done and went off searching again.

they respawn instantly so id just wait and kill them then next time they came around...

Technically, I don't think they are free for all. The rule should only apply to MVPs, not bosses. See how it doesn't apply to Angeling, Salamander, Vocal (all boss property but not MVP).

You don't get an MVP sign after killing the sword and dragon so they aren't MVPs.

So no, it is illegal to KS them.
