already create account in dragon saga but cant log in..in game..help

You sure you made game account and not only created an account on warpportal?

Cause if the last is the case, you have to log on into your warpportal account and in it create a DragonSaga account. 

You need two accounts on here, one for Warpportal and one for DragonSaga to play.

If you created both and still can't log  in into DragonSaga I would suggest to write a ticket.

yeah i create in warp portal then dragon saga account i already create 2account in dragon saga using my account in warp portal

Are you sure your passwords and ID are being entered correctly?

If so, then you may have to send a ticket. An IP block may have been issued for your region.

You are only allowed to make 3 DragonSaga accounts on the same Warpportal account per day. If you try to make more DragonSaga accounts, your complete (Warpportal) account gets banned. I believe for 24 hours.

 

I would really suggest you to write a ticket to the support.

There are no restrictions to play Dragon Saga!

 

If you are SURE that you created an account and inputted the right information, please submit a ticket.
