I don't think this is a good idea becuse this '' exp buff'' is kinda pretty OP. I like it more as a event

What's OP? The skill does not attack anyone. It is only adding the exp bonus like the costume.

200% More exp for a level 1? I think that is kinda op.

Sorry but that is what you think. At lv 1, it is faster to do the job quest, so you don't actually use that 200%. Plus, it is alway an option for people to use or not to use it. The least you can do is giving ppl that option.

But... I guess. this is what you think, you want the noob bless to be a skill, that is your tought. We all write what we think. I think noob blessing is to over power to be a skill in this game.

So are you saying we should get rid of all costumes because they are similar to noob bless skill? Why do you accept the costumes but not the skill?

I accpect the costumes becuse they are only 35+ exp and they are understandable becuse people have buyed with real money to get them. So the company need something to offer to have people buying it and that is 35+ EXP and 75% Extra Drop Chance.
The skill (Noob Bless) are free and I said it before, I think the skill is to OP to be a skill that will always be there forever. I think the skill is still even OP if they even sold it in IM.
Dont get me wrong, I love this skill. Becuse to help others out. But Noob Bless is a unique skill that is to strong. I would be ok to have the (Noob bless) as a unique skill for all classes. Or a normal skill for clerics if they nerf it.
But I am 200% OK that Noob Bless is for event.
(P.s I never said we should remove the costumes)

I would love to have the Noob Blessing Skill as a permanent part of the game. I love going around giving it to noobs when I see them. And if it was sold in IM, that would be fine with me.

You do not read carefully. I said put the permanent noob bless skill into IM shop and make it tradeable. I have not asked for it to be free.I accpect the costumes becuse they are only 35+ exp and they are understandable becuse people have buyed with real money to get them. As a newbie, I've enjoyed being "blessed" with this buff several times, but i do wonder if it would hurt the sale of exp medals if it became permanent. Even if it was a skill sold only in the IM, how expensive would it have to be to make up for the loss of medal sales? I don't know that answer but it's definitely something to be considered since the plain fact of gaming life is that no game can be operated for free, no matter how much everyone wishes that it could. Judging from how often my friends and I purchase medals on the run, I'd have to say that there are probably a good number of medals sold every day.
It was meant to be an event to help new players, many of them from my old server that closed a few days after this started. If it was to be put into the IM as a permanent skill, I agree with Buffiies that it would have to be nerfed That 200% is not just for level 1- it's for level 1-50, for example. Players that are actually new to Rose would miss a lot of the game if they always leveled this quickly. The devs have talked about how high level content isn't being used fully and the same thing would apply here to low level content like the many quests on each planet that are meant to take players to different maps as they search for the mobs needed.
Regarding costumes, the extra high bonuses are already temporary because they end when the new lucky spin costumes are put in each month. They are just a boost for a short time, not forever like a permanent skill would be.
Believe me, I love buffing and helping newbies whenever possible but there is no advantage to blowing thru levels so fast that you miss most of the game.

I think the blessing skill and the medal can stack on top of each other, so the their medal sell should not be effected at all.As a newbie, I've enjoyed being "blessed" with this buff several times, but i do wonder if it would hurt the sale of exp medals if it became permanent. with nothing but a buff and eq I can lvl from 1-20 in under 5mins without any medals or proper xp costumes really don't think a 200% xp boost is needed
however if it was maybe 100% -50% as a perma skill from IM then may not be so bad

Imagine the speed of leveling if the blessing is stacked with a medal ._.

I would rather say give noob bless to every 230 character permanently. We spend ENOUGH IM points through out every month. Terrible idea.

This game is already to easy to level, you can even hit lvl 230 on one day (Its been tested, without Noob Blessing, it was tested with exp medallions) So to make Noob Blessing and make it to a skill that will stay forever will make this game so much easier.
But I am ok that there can be a unique skill from Item Mall or from dungeons that has the same function as noob blessing but nerfed alot.

Noob blessing kinda missed it's goal im afraid. As a noob I've only had the buff twice, and only because my party member had a lvl 230 character
It's mainly super useful for people with a lvl 230 char.

You know, I have been giving this whole idea some thought. Perhaps it would be better, is it was obtained from a quest, like the Way Finder Skill, and the Vizier's Key.
