Anybody ever try that combo? Is it worth it? I wear a sheep hat so the MvP will not switch targets. Only concern is the Amon Ra shoes may cause the MvP to switch targets even with the sheep hat?
If its worth it, what shoes would you slot it in?

What? There is no MVP that switches target when there is a character in its attack range, unless you're melee attacking it. The only exception I know of is Fallen Bishop and that's only if it is from a BB.
It's worth using if you have 99 base Int on Sura. Could also use Muscle Fool enchanted GH Boots with Assumptio, which gives you 2000 Def.

I only do BB's and I think more MvP's switch target than just Fallen. I use MS Sura/Gen combo to solo. My Sura is MvP build and has 100int. I am pretty sure I have had Ifrit, kiel, valk, etc.. switch targets.

BB-ed MvPs have funny AI. To keep agro on the tank (MS sura) a priest must cast status recovery on the MvP while the tank is tanking it, once you see it cast skills on the tank then you are fine to go. If you didn't and the MvP AI is in passive mode (not casting any skills, only melee attacks) it will switch target to the attacking character. With this being said, sheep hat can be replaced with an abysmal hat for better reduction. The method works on valk, beelz and ifrit though hibram might be an exception.

I usually duel client my Sura/Gen. I don't have a AB lol. So i am kind of stuck with the sheep hat lol. It works so i can't really complain.

Kyrie Eleison from amon ra shouldn't make you loose agro as long as you (the tank) hit it first in your case would be with reflect. I would advise also switching to abysmal hat once the first reflect is triggered for more reduction.
High upgraded enhanced variant shoes should be a good investment for the card as of now, in future slotted temporal boots with muscle enchant might be better.
