Not sure where to put this question, so I'll just leave it out there. Has anyone else noticed that the Dual Raider skill "Shattering Blows" doesn't seem to be stacking? Or...if it is, there is no display for it? I know with other stacks, there is a display showing time left, etc. But with this one - nothing at all. I'm just wondering if it's working (or not).

The stacks would show up on the person being hit. If you are that person, and still aren't getting those stacks then there could be a problem.
