My Account Got DELETED?

My vendor account with over 20b+, was deleted yesterday.. I logged in to see and there was no Character in the Character Select page... Whats going?????? Account name was [Edited out account name].

It sounds like someone that you shared your account with has screwed you over but no matter what, you need to make a ticket rather than a topic like this. Here is the link to the support page  https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx   You might also want to edit your post here and remove your account name. That kind of personal information should never be posted on a public forum.

Cant make a ticket when i dont have a Account ID anymore...

Use your old account name. Then explain what happened, but first, make sure you tried to log in to the correct server. The servers have been going offline from time to time, and when it happens, they might not be even listed on the server menu. Perhaps you just clicked through out of habit. Double check that first, before making a ticket.

Account is gone, Tried reopening client about 20 times, and Draconis Server, just no characters on the select screen

I don't understand or, there is some terminology mix ups

Accound ID to Log into the game:

When you use this, it logs in, and you select a server, which takes yuo to the character select screen.
This means your account is not deleted. Only the characters.

When you submit a ticket, you log in with a Warpportal ID, not your in-game log in ID.
Submit the ticket, and put the account you're logging into the game with, in the proper place in the ticket.

From what I can tell
Your characters are either
Bugged + Not loading
Deleted

Your account is still there, and not banned, or you would never even get to the server select screen.

Your only option is to submit a ticket, and try to refrain from being rude.

It is so weird when suspicious people complain about getting hacked, getting their accounts wiped. Why don't we deal with the same issues? Maybe you should stop sharing your account with other people? Or maybe check your PC for viruses/keyloggers and all the jazz? First try to fin the cause of this. I am super sure it is from your side, not from WarpPortal's.

It almost sounds to me like a rollback thing. But since he said it was his vendor's account, I figured it was one he was on everyday. But maybe it isn't? If the account was made back when the servers were super unstable, a roll back has been done since then. Perhaps your account was affected by the rollback.
