Noob bless is a 24 hours temporary skill. When the 24 hours have passed, the skill would disappear.

yes but it was re-appar relog or move a map, and now not appear

the end was announced along with the even start announcement. posting the information twice would be redundant.

The event was intended to end long ago, the fact that it was still going was unintentional, though we plan to bring it back in the future again as it was very much enjoyed.
