So i tried logging into my account with the wrong password to many times and it gave me this error. So i reset my password and now everytime i try to log in it's still giving me this error. Help please?

ohh? cuz i think your account was suspended due to many attempts of wrong password? im not sure mate, sending a ticket is the best way to solve it..

Yeah, sounds like a ban. Incorrect password attempts wouldn't result in a 2020 ban. And resetting your password wouldn't do any good, as you have found out.
In either case, there's no use posting these types of threads on the forums. We can't do anything except speculate. If you haven't gotten a response in two days after submitting the ticket, PM Campitor or Oda and give them the ticket number.

I've never done anything ill mannered? I haven't even been logged in for the past year. So unless someones hacked my account, and done something bad which would be kind of crap if iRO never notified me of this or if i was ever banned that would be a major pain. And quite frankly would put me off playing RO. I had alot of rare items on that account.

Well, either way, there's only one way to find out what happened. Submit a ticket. If it goes a couple days without a response or the rep gives you a questionable response, PM Campitor with the ticket number, and he'll probably be able to help you out.

It might've gotten banned on purpose because of all the failed login attempts and because it hasn't been accessed in a long time. Just wait a few days for a response.

So turns out it was banned because it was comprimised, trying to get it sorted now.
