Stage 3 – Monster Rare & Crafts, under level 100 requirement

 

Planned for July 31, 2014* (That's THIS Week!)

 

During this stage, we will be placing the Account Bound on Equipment restriction to all other equipment that is a monster drop, or player craft, that is under level 100 as a requirement. The account bound status is to allow for players to continue sharing initial leveling equipment with other characters on the account.

Stage 4 – Honor(PvP), Valor(PvM) Equipment, Unique Quest Rewards

 

Planned for August 7, 2014*

 

During this stage, we will be placing Character Locked restriction to Honor, Valor and certain Unique Quest Reward equipment obtained.

 

Please note; this is not Character Locked on Equip and these items will become locked to whatever character has them in their inventory.

There are some exceptions which are, most consumables will not be restricted, so that they may still be shared amongst allies and team members.

 

Stage 5 – Event & Item Mall Costumes

 

Planned for August 14, 2014*

 

During this final stage, event and Item Mall costumes will be set to Account Bound on Equip. We understand the upset in regards to aspect that Item Mall items are following this restriction along with other costumes. It's widely felt and seen as a move to force sales. It is to keep with the intention and our expectations that such equipment be bound to a proper ownership once equipped.

 

There is one exception, which is all Item Mall Mounts will become Account Locked on Use. So mounts may be able to be purchased for trade on the Economy Market, but will become locked to the account once used. A reminder that "Locked" items are not affected by the 'Item Unbinder Coupon.'

OMG ,,,,, not the costume.... Well the fun is soon to be gone on changing costumes around ... Why can't you guys make something new to the game , instead of messing things up around .... Please review all those comments regarding bound items. How many agree and disagree. You all should consider what players are saying ....Rose is a unique game, don't need to follow those other games out there. Well i' ve said what I need to say, but im very2 disappointed on this account bound on costumes... Please check my account ;how much IM i purchased monthly, i guarantee you, if costumes are bound, I will never ever going to buy IM again ...

1: Costumes are NOT that expensive, buying more then 1 set isn't a big deal. 

2: @ Shaz, i think the notes should state OVER level 100 will be bound, not under... that is exactly the opposite of what is happening. 
3: Majority of people are here because they experienced some issue in-game, hence they're in a bad mood, and already have negative opinions. I highly doubt the forums are any place to actually get proper feedback in terms of how the game as a whole accepts a patch/change. That info comes from looking at the sales data + player activity logs. Noone even has to vote on anything. The data will speak for itself.

I don't quite remember Honor and Valor gears to be "Locked" as well.

 

And before they become surely locked, I hope that you guys look into whether or not classes are capable of generating points as well as the others. It may guarantee the feeling of reward, but before such a step, look first at the requirement, and see if it passes or not. Scouts, knights, amongst the classes, have the most trouble earning points in GA. Let us not put in the availability of Honor-Valor and Valor-Honor conversions, they're simply for emergencies.

 

Soo, speaking for our scout and knight community, how will we earn honor and valor points in order to get us our gears and feel rewarded? We cannot buy them through money earned from farming. We cannot buy them through points earned from playing GA. Hoooow? Haha.

 

Please, before the locked status be implemented, I suggest at least "bound" first until all classes can equally earn points in GA.

Because the values are so undesirable. My bad tho, for me it's like that because even if I only seldom play DG, I still do. It may be different for people, but, why would those classes be restricted to having to do DGs when all others can play CD instead, just to get their gears?

Aw man, most of us shift these costume within our own accounts and when the term "Proper Ownership" was used, wouldn't it also means keeping them flowing within our own accounts ( which are also owned by us ) still fulfill the condition ? Furthermore when the term "Proper Ownership" was used as "Intention" and "Expectation", it really didn't sound like something that makes very good sense. At least there was no convincing reason there at all. How would this even benefit the game in the long run?  Come on, think about it, I am sure WP is capable to understand some valid reasons and concerns . Do reconsider please.

A costume set is expensive or not is not up to you or anyone's judgement, we may comment that their prices have decreased or increased over time in comparison but be them expensive or not depends on a player's current wealth and the allowance of Zulies/IM they are allowed to spend. I could have said that your financial concerns now isn't a big deal either compared to mine but that statement would too sound very unfair and un-calculated. Players have a very valid reason to be worried about when it comes to costume prices and in case you did not realize this, the IM rate in Draco have just jumped from 150m-100IM to now an average of 200-250m - 100IM since this latest update. Perhaps it would be wise that you quit imposing your unsound evaluation of the market onto other people and keep that opinion to yourself.

Are you kidding me?  Maybe I am reading this wrong, but I have billions worth of other peoples pvp gear on my characters.  I just took it off, figuring I could trade it to them when they finally log into the game.  Now all of it is stuck on my character?

About mounts that is alrady bought and a character, will it be able to trade at least one time, till we use agian?

Not yet, you have till the 7th of August, they become Character Locked when maintenance is done on that date.

Honor/Valor sets going locked is stupid - im borrowing my friends set until I get my own..Make it bound not locked wtf - locked on obtain means no trading EVER! Things will never be tradable again? Basically, forced to do game arena on all your characters..
