Does Deviling, Ghostring, and Angeling work in PvM? is it worth the price or are they mainly WoE / PvP?  what would each do in pvm?

PVM?  That is THE best place to use them. Well, not the GR. That's more for MVP/PVP. The rest are mostly for PVM though.

What armor should i put an angeling card in for a AB or CC bio?

I like orleans' gown. Frees up your accessories for something better than a phen. Since you have full chem protection, you don't need a valk armor for it's unbreakable property.

I generally use unfrozen wind armor for bio, holy is nice for bio4 champions/paladins though

Angeling armor goes into either Orleans Gown (for unbreakable cast, very useful on biochem) or Valk Armor (since all the big things you want AR for break armor - not so necessary on a biochem). Either way, it's most interesting for those certain powerful monsters with nasty holy attacks, though it's not half bad as a default armor either (except when fighting undead/shadow, of course)

 

DR is spectacular in PVM. For most MVPs, it's worse than ray, because the elemental attacks floor you with the +50%. In WoE/PVP, you need to switch it, otherwise it's worse than useless. 

 

GR is useless in PVM, For some MVPs, it's useful, and it's of considerable use in PVP/WoE - though again you need to gear switch.

Put your Phen in a spell enchanted RWC pendant and phen will always be 9% penalty. That is even better than Orleans' 15% and frees up the armor slot.

i prefer orlean over any other armor on my gene or any of my caster class. mainly because i like to default angeling. like someone else suggested, unfrozen wind armor is also another essential armor. but yeah, generally speaking, u have really nice resist using angeling, deviling, valk/immune shield, and 2x kafra blossom card accessories

Yeah, but then you need to have another spell enchanted RWC to go insta for CC.

Deviling = really great in PVM. You need to be knowledgeable about the game though and use elemental armors to offset the extra elemental damage for each map / situation. This applies to MVP situations too.

Angeling - only really useful in certain situations in PVM / MVP, or if you are too lazy to change armors around. Mainly really good for Randgris. Also not that expensive last time I checked.

Ghostring - not that useful in PVM / MVP considering the cost.

Not sure why you'd be gearing for instant cast instead of ranged+% or survival if you're acid bombing... maybe I am missing something
