I've googled the topics and found out that there is a chance of patch will fix the success rate lf upgrade weapon skill.

 

I want to make the weapon upgrader one. I have clarified myself that I don't have to build and be dex99 and luk99 for this purpose.

 

By the way, I have read there is possibility that they will fix the success rate of upgrade weapon skill. I would like to know if that patch has already been released or not.

I haven't heard anything about patch fix. Though, I haven't tried googling, just checking this thread.

Yes you don't have to have 99 DEX and LUK since the only formula involved is Job Level.

AFAIK we do not have that update yet.
