I have a homun at level 100 right now, and as one can imagine, leveling is exceedingly slow. The only place I have AFKd for a while and not died was ant hell, but the amount of EXP I got was terrible. Is there anywhere I can AFK without dying? I am level 137 with 96 VIT, which should give you a rough estimate of my survivability.

 

I've tried Amatsu, but I died, should I try that place again? Thank you.

 

Please help me out, I'm still new to homuns, thank you so much.

I died in Amatsu, yes. But I figured because my homun never attacked the ranged monster in there. So, I must fix that first I guess?

Orc Dungeon != amatsu.

AFK in Orc Dungeon, aside from the occasional BB or huge mob it would be pretty difficult to die in there. It's unlikely you'll really get much better EXP (or last long) in Amatsu considering how long it would take for an Amistr based anything to kill.

The spawn in OD2 is pretty great right now, but you would probably need to configure your AI to prioritize Orc Archers/Skeletons just so you don't die.

 

Another option would be to buy a Shinobi carded accessory and just stand near a wall; your homunc may not be able to kill fast but it could probably tank more than you.

at 137 with 96 vit, i can't imagine even orc archers would hurt that much anyway.  like alaska said, shinobi clip, a loli ruri carded armor for self heals, and a cranial shield would go a long way towards increasing your survivability.

AFK in OD2, or actively level in amatsu (this will work better once you get needle)

couple of times i am there, it is empty. Had to go back to OD2.

Go to Amatsu Field and camp at the hydra spot. Wear armors- even Eden armors. Disable amistr's skills except maybe for bloodlust if you have it. Just turn off "UseDefensiveBuff" and whatever that option for castling is(I forgot). I dont really understand why/how people use castling while AFK. 

 

Now why disable bulwark? Because it adds to amistr's "pause" times. Sometimes your homun would stop and you would be spammed with "Skill can't be cast" messages.At low levels, amistr-sera is -_- slow so you don't want to make it slower by using buffs.

 

 

Also, whoever wants to go to Amatsu2, let's set a time for it. It's always empty there, although I prefer if we all just camp the Amatsu Field. It's safer for my biochemists.
