Arm cannon splash seems broken

So I don't truly believe that arm cannon lvls 2-3 do the splash that they say they do. Lvl 3 seems to only do dmg too monsters on the same square definitely not 3x3

Get a genetic with plant cult to help you test it - lay out a big array of mushrooms, then arm cannon it at various levels and see if the splash damage is correct.

 

AFAIK, that skill works.

Yeah your right I tested. I swear the range isn't like that for TI Maps, but maybe its just lag or something >< how sad. Thanks anyways azzy

It's probably a combination of poslag and monsters with a range of more than 1 cell. 

 

one trick is to make sure you've moved along both axes, so all the monsters are, say, to your southwest, rather than along your south side. That kind of thing helps with skills with annoyingly small AoE's.
